Trinetra Office
A ground-floor unit inside a residence more than 40 years old, reworked from the inside out — old conventional openings pushed up to the beam bottom, and a warm, mood-lit palette built almost entirely from the project's own leftover material.

A wall left rough, and a warm palette to match.
The old office’s flat white walls gave way to a single textured plaster wall, left deliberately raw. Warm, mood lighting takes over from the old tube-light glare — a pendant over the staff desk, cove light for the working areas, and track lights trained on the tag board — each fixture doing one specific job rather than one light doing all of them.
Doors and windows redrawn to the beam line.
The existing setup carried conventional door and window sizes, sized to the old load-bearing walls rather than to the room. New girders were added to carry that load instead, freeing the openings to rise to the beam bottom. The footprint didn’t change — only the scale and proportion of what you see when you’re standing in it.
"There’s no small or big project — the opportunity to show basic architectural instinct is present at every scale, from micro to macro ."
