Brick, tile, and a covered porch to arrive through.
Each villa sits behind its own low garden wall, framed by a steep clay-tile roof and a red-brick gable. A pillared porch and a first-floor balcony with a plastered white balustrade mark the entrance, with frangipani and palms planted right up against the boundary wall.
The pool isn’t outside the house — it’s part of the room.
Full-height sliding glass runs the length of the living and dining area, so the mosaic-tiled pool sits just beyond the sofas rather than behind a wall. Inside, an open kitchen with built-in double ovens and a wicker-and-wood dining set share the same uninterrupted floor as the lounge.
