The developer had already completed two projects in the same vicinity, and Hiya Horizon was to be the third — sited on a prime road within that same pocket of Manjalpur. The brief called for a building that could hold its own on the street while still reading as part of the same family.
Distinct up close, familiar from a distance.
Curved white corner masses, brick-toned balcony aprons and timber-toned soffits run through every floor. On its own, Hiya Horizon reads as a complete building; set beside its neighbours, the same materials are what tie it back to the two towers that came before it.
